Corporate Scorecard acquired by Veda
We are delighted to announce that Corporate Scorecard has been acquired by Veda, Australasia’s leading provider of commercial and consumer data intelligence, insights and information services. Corporate Scorecard Pty Ltd will remain intact as a company and retains its ABN.
Corporate Scorecard is very complementary to Veda. Procurement and credit utilise similar data sets, technologies, staff and resources, and in many cases customers. We see Veda as a natural home for our business and we were attracted to Veda’s committed and intelligent approach to strategic growth in the commercial credit, supplier risk and credit analytics markets.
This relationship is an endorsement of the successful business model we have built and we are confident Veda’s resources, data and expertise will allow us to accelerate growth and invest in our future development to the benefit of all of our clients. As a valued Corporate Scorecard customer, you will now be able to leverage Veda’s comprehensive range of consumer and commercial data and a broad range of other services.
From your perspective, things will continue as ‘business as usual’. The Corporate Scorecard team will remain intact structurally as it always has been, as this model underpins our proposition to delivering the best customer experience to you. Corporate Scorecard's Managing Director, Mr Graeme Gribben, will assist in the smooth transition to Veda and will be succeeded by Mr Moses Samaha, the current General Manager of Veda’s Commercial Credit & Procurement Risk business. We will also look to move into the Veda offices in the coming months.
