Contract:
Mercantile Reporting Services that can provide up-to-date publicly available information on companies in an easy to read report format. Information such as current/past directors, shareholders, related entities and contact details are required.
It is anticipated that this online service will be accessed by up to 200 users. The provision of services is not limited to AusIndustry division and if a need arises in other divisions within the Department, they may access the service. If this occurs, a new account would be required and the division will need to be billed separately to AusIndustry under the contract.
Specification Detail:
Accommodate AusIndustry’s reporting requirements nationally. Provide independent company information on both applicants applying for funding under AusIndustry program and existing AusIndustry customers. Provision of a cost effective tool to independently verify customer particulars during the application stage, acquittal process and deferral of debt requests. Reports to provide the following assistance:
- Due diligence on applicants to the programs (corporate structure, directorships, shareholdings and associated parties); and
- Identify adverse information on a company and directors (default notices, bankruptcy, court action, ASIC action) that may potentially affect the outcome and/or eligibility of the customer’s proposed project.
