In assessing risk level, consider the consequences of failure or poor service delivery due to capacity or cash flow constraints in terms of replacement costs, legal fees and project delays. The complexity and term of contract are also important factors as is the political profile and impact on stakeholders.
Note that National Prequalification Reports are also provided for Construction companies contracting at a level of over $50,000,000 per annum and for all Roads and Bridges contractors. These are approximately the equivalent of the Detailed Report, but do contain some additional analysis.
